Following is some information about shopping online with Cherished Creations.

WHICH PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?   

We accept payment via PayPal. Most Credit/Debit cards are accepted through this site. PayPal is one of the largest secure payment systems on the net. You don’t need to sign up for an account but if you have one, it can be used. We also accept payment by Direct Bank Deposit/Transfer (Australian Customers ONLY). Please Contact Us for Bank Details if you would like to pay by this method. Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, travellers cheques or money orders.

HOW WILL YOU CONFIRM MY ORDER?   

When your order is received, we will send you an email to confirm it. If for any reason you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk mail folders. If you still have not received any confirmation from Cherished Creations, please Contact Us.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?   

Upon receipt of your payment and once cleared, all orders will be processed and dispatched between 10am and 2pm (AEST) Monday-Friday.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?   

Within Australia, all orders are sent via Australia Post. Our postage has a FLAT RATE of $6.00 Australia-Wide via Parcel Post Satchel. If your order is urgent, Express Post is available throughout Australia Only. Additional charges apply. We offer FREE SHIPPING via Express Post on ALL orders over $100.00. Both Parcel Post and Express Post come with tracking.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?   

Currently we only deliver Internationally to the following countries:- NZ, USA and UK. We can ship Overseas, but please Contact Us to enquire about Overseas Shipping Fees and Delivery Times from Australia as Australia Post charges will vary over different International Shipping Zones. (Please note that International Shipping Costs are also generally quite high for the above reasons).

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PARCEL TO ARRIVE?   

Cherished Creations operates and dispatches from Brisbane, Australia. Arrival times can vary greatly depending on your location and postage method. Generally, items will arrive within 1-5 business days but can take up to 10 days for regional areas. (Australia Post does not guarantee delivery times).

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?   

Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?   

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number.
