We currently offer shipping Australia-wide ONLY.
How much will shipping cost?
All Australian domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post daily Monday-Friday.
We ensure safe packaging using bubble wrap and/or boxes where necessary for extra protection to prevent breakages.
- FREE Standard Post for orders within Australia and valued over $150 AUD* (Includes Tracking) **Conditions Apply- Products must fit in an Australia Post 5kg Satchel bag size, this includes bubble wrap and packaging.
- $15.00 AUD for Standard Post for orders within Australia under the value of $150 AUD* (Includes Tracking) **Conditions Apply- Your whole order, including wrapping and packaging etc must be able to fit in an Australia Post 5kg Satchel bag size. If your order does not fit in a 5kg bag, we will happily sort something out, so don't worry, we will contact you either by phone or email.
- $20.00 AUD for Express Post for orders within Australia (Includes Tracking)** Conditions Apply- Your whole order must fit in a 5kg allowance Australia Post Satchel bag size.
*Note: there may be additional shipping costs required for one-off, larger or heavier items. Please select the appropriate shipping rate at checkout.
How long will it take to ship and receive my order?
All online orders are processed and shipped via Aus Post daily Monday - Friday.
Domestic:
Once shipped deliveries should arrive between 3-5 business days depending on which state you live in (we ship from Samford, QLD)
- As we are a small team, please allow approximately 1-2 business days for processing and dispatch. This does not include actual transit time. Due to COVID, shipping times can not be guaranteed, however please be assured that we promise to get your order to you as soon as possible.
- Shipping within Brisbane should be much quicker
Can I change my order once placed?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order you cannot make any changes due to packing and shipping procedures. This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order. Rest assured we do have a flexible returns policy should you receive your order and its not quite right for you!

How will my order be packaged?
We lovingly pack your order whether you are shopping for yourself or a loved one, we want each and every order to feel like a special gift!
If your purchase is a gift and you would like it sent straight to the recipient please leave us a note in checkout with your personal message. We will include a little gift card in the parcel and make sure all prices are removed.
Can I pick up an online order in store?
Yes of course! If you are local or live near Samford, you are welcome to save on shipping and pick up your order in store. Please write a note in your order stating your intention to pick up in store and which day. As our online stock is not held at our store premises, collection of your order cannot be on the same day of purchase. Please allow 1-2 days turn around.
Can I return an online order in store?
You certainly can, as long as your return complies with our normal Returns Policy
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel.
What currency is used online?
All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Do you offer Returns?
Yes we offer returns on most items except for sale items, earrings, hats and bath & body products (due to health and hygiene regulations) (please see our returns policy here
Do you offer Exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like another product, we recommend you purchase the item to secure it and we will process a refund on the returned item.

What do I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
First off, we’re so sorry! Occasionally we can make a mistake. If you believe your item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item please contact us via email at cherishedcreations@outlook.com.au or call the store on 0408291519 so we can fix this for you ASAP.
Where is your store located?
We're nestled in the beautiful Samford Valley. While our address is on the main street of Samford (Shop 1, 37 Main Street, Samford Village, QLD, 4520), our store entrance is via Station Street (opposite John Scott Park). Next time you're planning a trip to Brisbane, Samford is approximately 30 minutes drive from Brisbane CBD. Come say hi!
What are your payment options?
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account- Paypal is simply our payment gateway. Proceed as normal through checkout to complete your order. It will prompt you for your credit card details if this is your preferred payment option. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
Can I use more than one discount code on an order?
Unfortunately you can only input one discount code at a time.
My package appears to have been damaged in transit
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit through Australia Post, we cannot accept responsibility. All complaints are to be forwarded directly to Australia Post.
